What kind of an encouraging word can be spoken at the beginning of this New Year, 2015, when the headlines a couple of weeks ago said: “AFTER TURBULENT 2014, NEXT YEAR MAY BE NO CALMER”?
Jesus said, “And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.”
REDEMPTION (629NT) ἀπολύτÏωσις apolytrÅsis. That sounds all Greek, right? Well, in plain English this Greek word is defined as deliverance, release, liberation.
A fresh new year with an outpouring of the work of the Holy Ghost is what will liberate, deliver and release God’s church.
Let’s go for it, okay?
Let’s have some fun in God this year.
